1. Booking & Ticket Policy
All event bookings made on KidCircle are subject to availability and capacity limits.
- Ticket Personalization: Tickets must be registered with accurate parent email, phone numbers, and child counts.
- QR Codes: A valid QR ticket delivered to your email or WhatsApp is required for entry. Each ticket is unique and can be checked in only once.
- Age Fit: It is the parent's/guardian's responsibility to ensure that the children attending meet the recommended age ranges specified for the event.
2. Payments & Refunds
All transactions are handled securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Pricing: Prices are listed on a per-child basis. Applicable taxes or fees, if any, will be shown during checkout.
- Refund Policy: Tickets are generally refundable up to 48 hours before the event starts. Refund requests made less than 48 hours prior to the event will not be processed, except in the case of event cancellation or postponement by KidCircle.
3. Event Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe, joyful experience for all participants:
- Supervision: Parents or legal guardians must accompany and supervise children during the entire event unless explicitly designated as a drop-off activity.
- Safety Instructions: Participants must follow all instructions given by event organisers, mentors, and venue safety staff.
- Right to Refuse Entry: KidCircle reserves the right to deny entry or request individuals to leave the event premises due to disruptive behavior, safety hazards, or non-compliance with rules.
4. Disclaimers & Liability
KidCircle provides experiential events and activities. While we take every precaution to ensure child safety and safety on-site, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or property damage sustained during the event unless caused directly by gross negligence on our part.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of the website or attendance at events after updates constitute acceptance of the new terms.
